Refund Policy

A. General Policy

Eden’s Peak Mobile Fitness maintains a no-refund policy for all services once payment has been processed. This includes:

  • Monthly memberships

  • Session packages

  • Nutrition or online coaching plans

This policy ensures commitment to the training process and the trainer’s reserved time.

B. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  1. Medical Ineligibility: A physician’s written statement verifying the client cannot participate for medical reasons.

  2. Trainer Cancellation: Eden’s Peak must cancel a service permanently and cannot provide a suitable replacement or reschedule.

  3. Duplicate Charge: Verified billing error.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
